Before using the magnetic flow meter, we need to understand two settings about this flowmeter. The first is the wiring method of the
flowmeter; the second is how to adjust the flow rate.
The wiring method of electromagnetic flow meter:
When the electromagnetic flowmeter uses cable wiring, in order to prevent rainwater from penetrating into the sensor, when entering the
electrical interface of the sensor, it is necessary to make a U shape at the port. If the excitation cable is used, the Yz medium-sized
rubber-sheathed cable can be used, and its length is the same as that of the signal cable; if it is installed separately, the connected signal
cable adopts a customized special cable, and the shorter the cable, the better. At the same time, it should be noted that the signal cable must
not be laid in the same pipe with other power sources, and must be strictly separated. It cannot be twisted together and should be placed in
the steel pipe separately, and cannot be laid equally. When wiring, it is recommended that the excitation cable and the signal cable be as short
as possible, and the redundant cables should not be rolled together. The redundant cables should be cut off and the joints should be re-soldered.
How to adjust the flow of electromagnetic flowmeter:
The electromagnetic flowmeter itself has this function, which can be manually debugged to adjust the diameter and flow rate. The specific
operation steps are as follows:
First, enter the password into the electromagnetic flowmeter to enter the menu, and find the K coefficient column. For example, the K coefficient
is 1.065. If you want to increase the flow rate, adjust the K coefficient value. The larger the value, the larger the K coefficient, and the larger the
flow rate at this time. Secondly, there is another way to adjust the flow rate. Enter the password to enter the menu and find the column of
caliber. For example, the caliber is DN50. At this time, if you want to increase the flow rate, change the caliber DN50 to DN65. Naturally, its flow
rate is larger than that of DN50. . At the same time, it should be noted that the size of the flow should not be moved by the staff. If the parameters
inside are moved, the electromagnetic flowmeter will be inaccurate.
